We are partnering with a prominent organisation (classified as a Private Advertiser) to find a talented Digital Ad Account Manager to drive revenue and cultivate lasting client relationships from their Singapore office.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our client's advertising strategy, managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving significant growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across functions such as marketing, partnerships, operations, production, and events to attract and retain high-value advertisers. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a designated portfolio of high-value digital advertising accounts, with a primary focus on the Korean market, ensuring client retention and exceeding revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across display, search, social, video, and emerging platforms, aligning with client goals.
- Serve as the central point of contact for assigned clients, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, operations, production, events) to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Analyse campaign performance data, generate in-depth insights, and present strategic recommendations to optimise ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products and services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive movements within the Korean digital advertising ecosystem.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage campaign budgets, and forecast revenue to achieve assigned quarterly and annual targets.
- Partner with creative and production teams to brief, develop, and localise compelling ad creatives tailored for Korean audiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in digital advertising account management, ideally gained at a media agency, publisher, or ad-tech company.
- Deep understanding of the Korean digital landscape, including cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, and familiarity with major platforms (Naver, Kakao, Google, Meta, etc.).
- A strong track record of managing complex advertising campaigns and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in using data to tell a story and drive decisions. Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
