About the Role
ByteDance, the global leader in technology and parent company of TikTok, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our Fashion E-Commerce team in Santa Ana, Metro Manila. This role is specific to the Womenswear vertical, offering a unique opportunity to shape the success of major fashion brands on TikTok Shop in the rapidly growing Philippines market. You will be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for our top sellers, guiding them through store optimization, performance analysis, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated portfolio of high-priority womenswear seller accounts, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
- Analyze seller performance data (traffic, conversion, AOV) to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
- Collaborate with sellers on product listing optimization, influencer partnerships, and livestream commerce strategies to drive engagement.
- Act as the bridge between sellers and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Product) to enhance the platform experience.
- Stay ahead of market trends and the competitive landscape in Philippine fashion to proactively advise your accounts.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key strategic partners to achieve shared revenue goals.
- Lead regular business reviews and performance meetings with sellers to track progress against KPIs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or E-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine fashion landscape, specifically the womenswear category and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts, hitting revenue targets, and driving seller success.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) is highly preferred.
