- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare clients across Jakarta

- Coordinate service delivery between clients and internal healthcare operations teams

- Prepare comprehensive account plans with measurable KPIs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience in healthcare/medical sector
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and client retention goals
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and healthcare industry software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in Healthcare Management (preferred)
