Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate client account records and documentation
- Prepare and process billing invoices and statements in a timely manner
- Coordinate collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve account-related concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline account management processes
- Generate financial reports and reconcile account balances as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for account operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, billing, or collections (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
