Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage petty cash documentation and expense reporting.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
