Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage daily financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update comprehensive financial records and client databases to ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and financial evidence.
- Provide exceptional support to internal departments regarding account-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance-based role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a high academic record are encouraged to apply.
