Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and outreach initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Present company products/services to prospective clients with tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to conversion
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop client acquisition strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Valid SIM and willingness to travel for client meetings
