Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales
- Proven track record in client relationship management and retention
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of agricultural industry is advantageous
