Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Officer or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
