You will support the senior finance team in daily accounting tasks, including billing, reconciliations, and reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices on a daily basis.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure balances match.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing or medical accounting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/MYGAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
