Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of all financial activities.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are up to date and accurate.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and local tax regulations.
- Perform regular audits of financial records and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
