Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for credit products to acquire new clients
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to recommend appropriate credit solutions
- Prepare and present detailed credit proposals aligned with client requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all credit policies, regulations, and risk management protocols
- Collaborate with credit analysts to streamline application processing and approval
- Maintain accurate client documentation and sales performance records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic knowledge of credit products, financial regulations, and risk assessment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives
