Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential new corporate and organizational clients within the Surabaya region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective debitors to ensure portfolio retention.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and evaluate the feasibility/creditworthiness of prospective debtors.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and business cases for internal approval committees.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all internal banking policies, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless loan processing and account management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or credit analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Surabaya area.
