Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements for project monitoring.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure timely depreciation schedules are updated.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and data verification.
- Monitor and process staff expense claims while ensuring adherence to corporate reimbursement policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Assistant roles, or 3 years of progressive experience for Officer-level applicants.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience working with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) is highly advantageous.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
