Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell banking products, including credit loans, savings, and fixed deposits, to potential customers.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and credit assessments to evaluate loan applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage ongoing account relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve branch sales targets and KPIs.
- Visit potential clients and business partners to expand the bank's market presence.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the banking industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and banking procedures.
- Willingness to travel for client canvassing and site visits.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and banking systems.
