As a Funding Officer, you will oversee the entire funding process, from initial credit analysis and client acquisition to loan disbursement and portfolio monitoring. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the bank's financial health while adhering to strict Sharia principles and regulatory compliance standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and financial assessments of potential borrowers.
- Manage the end-to-end funding process, including document verification and approval.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor loan portfolios to identify risks and ensure timely repayments.
- Ensure all funding activities comply with Islamic banking guidelines and internal policies.
- Prepare and present regular funding reports and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and risk management teams to optimize lending strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Sharia Banking, Microfinance, or Credit Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles (Syariah compliant products).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems.
- High integrity and ethical standards aligned with Islamic values.
