As an Admin Corporate, you will be responsible for inputting Marketing Survey results into our core system, strictly adhering to manual approvals and available documentation. Your work is essential to the corporate contract process, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry of Marketing Survey results into the corporate system.
- Manage and verify all manual approvals and supporting documentation.
- Support the end-to-end corporate contract process with precise administrative support.
- Maintain and organize accurate records of survey outcomes and approval statuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with BFI Finance internal policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Finance, Administration, or Business Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate administration or data entry roles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English proficiency.
