Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned clients to collect savings deposits and loan payments according to the established schedule.
- Verify client documents and ensure accuracy of all transaction details before processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily collection logs and reports.
- Explain bank products and services to potential and existing clients to promote financial literacy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Resolve client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
- Conduct periodic account reviews and update client profiles as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in collection, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Honest, trustworthy, and possesses a high sense of integrity.
