Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the heavy equipment leasing market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessment to evaluate client feasibility.
- Monitor and manage the assigned account portfolio to ensure timely payments and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless documentation and disbursement processes.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and market analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Leasing, or Sales (experience in heavy equipment or banking preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial literacy and analytical thinking.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for client site visits as required.
