Join Revolver Cinta Kopi's finance team as an Account Payable specialist and become the backbone of our payment operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Process supplier invoices accurately and within agreed payment terms
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders and delivery records
- Ensure complete and compliant payment documentation
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles and maintain aging reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment inquiries
- Support month-end closing and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in F&B or retail industry preferred
