Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in processing and verifying vendor invoices for payment
- Manage and maintain accounts payable documentation and records
- Prepare monthly stock reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Support sales reporting activities and analyze transaction data
- Update and maintain financial databases with accurate information
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for invoice processing
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new systems
