Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate vendor records and foster strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial inquiries
- Contribute to process improvements in accounts payable operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity or tech industry is a plus
