Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including verifying invoices and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Reconcile vendor statements regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare monthly accounts payable reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Monitor and track payment due dates to maximize cash flow and take advantage of potential discounts.
- Maintain systematic and organized filing of financial documents and digital records.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address payment-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
