Suncity Group is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Sidoarjo. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring that vendor invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Prepare and reconcile accounts payable statements and maintain a detailed ledger.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payment processing to maintain good vendor relationships and credit ratings.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and adjustments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and internal audits of payable records.
- Manage and organize physical or digital invoice files.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.33.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position as Account Payable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle experience is preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
