Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports before processing payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable
- Prepare regular reports on accounts payable status for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
