As an integral part of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coding and approval of expenses, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain accurate records. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for payment.
- Ensure accurate coding of expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide reports as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure approval workflows are followed.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions with accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in retail or service industry is a plus.
