Onna Prima Utama is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Receivable Specialist to join our finance team at our Bali Showroom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow by ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining healthy relationships with our clients. As an AR professional, you will oversee the entire credit control process. This involves preparing accurate invoices, monitoring payment statuses, and following up on overdue accounts professionally. You will also assist with bank reconciliations, month-end close procedures, and generating financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including generating and issuing invoices.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments with customers.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment methods, and account balances.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and credit issues.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Ledger accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective customer follow-ups.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
