Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record incoming payments accurately into the accounting system.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of billing statements and invoices for clients.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for auditing purposes.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare aging reports and track outstanding balances.
- Provide administrative support for month-end closing activities.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment status and account inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in numerical work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
