Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process, verify, and post accounts receivable transactions daily.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Proactively contact clients to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports detailing cash receipts and receivable status.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and provide documentation for financial audits.
- Maintain electronic and physical financial records with high standards of confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Associate, Billing Clerk, or similar finance role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and credit/collection procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is highly preferred.
