Discovery Mall Bali, operated by Bali Utama Cakrawala, is seeking a dedicated Account Receivable professional to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring seamless revenue operations and maintaining strong relationships with our valued tenants.
As an Account Receivable specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the mall's financial health. You will be responsible for the entire invoicing cycle, tracking incoming payments, and generating precise financial reports that drive our operational decisions. We are looking for someone who excels in analytical thinking, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail property environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end tenant invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Monitor and track payment collection activities, proactively following up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile tenant accounts to ensure ledger accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the leasing and property management departments to verify billing data and contractual terms.
- Maintain systematic and organized documentation of all financial transactions and payment records.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary financial documentation and ledger analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining professional relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
- Experience in retail or property management industry is highly preferred.
