We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end receivables operations, from invoice processing to payment reconciliation. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to resolve discrepancies while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely collection of payments
- Process incoming payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies through systematic investigation
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and collection letters
- Generate monthly aging reports and analysis of receivables
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in retail
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian GST and accounting principles
