Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
- Conduct field visits for in-person payment collection and client negotiations
- Prepare and issue payment reminders, dunning letters, and collection notices
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address payment barriers
- Generate monthly collection reports and aging analysis for management
- Develop payment plans for delinquent accounts while maintaining client relationships
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Proven field collection experience in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial documentation
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent local travel
