Join Accor's finance team as an Account Receivable & Income Audit Supervisor and play a pivotal role in our hotel's financial operations. This senior position requires you to oversee the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining accurate financial records. You'll lead income audit processes, verify revenue transactions, and implement robust internal controls to prevent discrepancies. As a key player in our finance department, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, analyze aging reports, and optimize collection strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and collections
- Conduct daily income audits to verify revenue transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables
- Prepare monthly financial reports on receivables performance for management review
- Train and mentor team members on receivables management best practices
- Collaborate with front office and sales departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or income audit roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
