Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and process customer invoices
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports
- Coordinate with sales team on credit terms and collections
- Process incoming payments and apply to customer accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-3 years accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
