Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes using ConnectWise
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate aging reports and collection statements
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proven expertise with ConnectWise accounting modules
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and AR best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
