Roasters is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our revenue cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining healthy cash flow for our operations.
As an AR Specialist, you will manage customer accounts, process payments, and ensure that all invoicing procedures align with our high standards of excellence. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for numbers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced F&B and coffee industry environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all AR data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment collection.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
