Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure all customer payments are recorded correctly.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding payment status and overdue accounts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Receivable or General Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
