Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate recording of all outstanding balances.
- Generate, issue, and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner to facilitate prompt payment.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and prepare appropriate collection letters or reminders.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure all receipts and payments are correctly recorded.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all customer accounts and credit notes.
- Liaise with internal sales teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks) is an added advantage.
