In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our company's financial health by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming payments.

You will be responsible for the full-cycle accounts receivable process, ensuring that all records are reconciled and compliant with accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
  • Process incoming payments via bank transfers, checks, and other digital platforms.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues with clients promptly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on AR status for management review.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update ledger data in our accounting system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify invoice details and service delivery confirmation.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and audit documentation as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive numerical tasks with high accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
