Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end closing and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliation
- Manage budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize team workflows
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits
- Implement accounting system improvements and process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in senior roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong expertise in Malaysian financial reporting standards (MFRS)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
