Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely, accurate sales support.
- Prepare, process, and track sales orders, contracts, and relevant account documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and account statuses in the company CRM.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance tracking metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and streamline administrative workflows.
- Resolve account-related issues promptly to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support cross-functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of service agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, account management, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
