Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budget preparations, and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Implement and improve internal control procedures to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Review tax computations and ensure timely submission of statutory filings (SST, Income Tax, etc.).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage workflows, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
