Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting and tax regulations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal financial processes and workflows.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring to ensure organizational liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multitasking and manage increased workloads during peak periods.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
