Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end broker compensation accounting process, ensuring accuracy in calculations and timely payments.
- Execute monthly financial close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and management dashboards to support departmental decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Analyze variance in expenditure and compensation performance against budget forecasts.
- Streamline existing accounting workflows to improve the speed and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Support cross-functional teams in Finance on special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar reporting role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build complex models and manipulate large datasets.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year fixed-term contract.
