Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and internal controls
- Conduct financial audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
