Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and relevant tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth audit processes and regulatory filings with SC Malaysia.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring to ensure optimal liquidity for firm operations.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and budgetary forecasts for executive review.
- Ensure compliance with all tax requirements, including SST filings and corporate tax submissions.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee the depreciation schedules for corporate assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or audit role, preferably in the financial services or private equity sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MFRS) and Income Tax Act.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable financial insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards regarding sensitive financial information.
