As an Accountant at Mama Nor (M) Sdn Bhd, you will handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable financial insights to management to help drive our business forward.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow monitoring.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and maintain compliance with local financial regulations.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting processes for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial reporting and budgeting procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
