Join Bestpak Packaging Solutions as an Accountant and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. You'll analyze production master data to ensure cost accuracy, prepare comprehensive standard cost estimates, and generate critical COGS and Inventory Reports. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory valuation, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production master data to maintain cost accuracy and relevance
- Prepare detailed standard cost estimates for new and existing products
- Generate and maintain COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Inventory Reports
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs
- Collaborate with production teams to understand cost drivers
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or inventory management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
