Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and expense forecasting
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and cost control
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in FMCG or retail sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
