Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of payroll processing for international and local crew, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Handle statutory compliance, including BIR taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and submissions.
- Support the finance team in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the crewing and operations departments to ensure financial accuracy in crew costings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong plus, but not required for strong candidates.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in general accounting or payroll roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR reporting requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
